Due to the Coronavirus Disease and the potential for transmission, after consulting with pastors (local & far), health care professionals, and One Church leadership, it is with sadness and wisdom that I'm announcing that we will NOT have our corporate gathering on Sunday. We will continue to monitor the recommendations from the CDC, state, and county officials and will update you on a weekly basis.

As your Pastor, I am concerned not only for your soul but also for your mental and physical health. As much as we love to gather corporately and love on one another, we do not want to run the risk of our Church perpetuating this disease any longer than necessary. Because our Church reaches five counties and nine cities, it is wise for us to remain at home, limiting our exposure and contact with others.

In our efforts to continue "Living in Connection," we are streaming Church service virtually on Facebook and Zoom starting this Sunday at 10 a.m.  A limited number of members from the Worship and Arts team will join me for Praise and Worship.  Follow the links at the end of this message to join us on Sundays.

The staff is working hard to develop a Christian Education plan for helping us to be on one accord and stay connected while we are unable to gather corporately.  This plan will include devotions, prayers, lessons, and much more, so be sure to check your email over the next week.

As we are facing this pandemic, let us cling even firmer to the word of the Lord.  Moses writes in Deuteronomy 31:8, saying, "He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."  When you fear a situation or emotional challenge, really envision God saying this, just to you. He's on your side.

Know this:
God is Faithful.
God is at Work.
God has not forgotten about you.

Thank you for trusting me as your Pastor to lead our Church.  Please keep me lifted in prayer as I continue to seek His leading.
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and be gracious unto you.
May He lift His countenance upon you and give you peace.

Pastor Mac,
