The Year of Consecration is a call to remove anything that could hinder or contaminate your growth in God. As we enter a new season, One Church invites you, along with family and friends, to join in prayer and fasting — aligning our hearts with God, deepening our relationship with Him, and experiencing transformation together.
Prayer is the central discipline that fuels our passion to hear God clearly, know Him deeply, and worship Him sincerely. As Jesus modeled, prayer is the foundation of spiritual growth and power.
Scriptures: Matthew 14:13, Mark 1:35, Mark 6:45-46, Luke 4:42, Luke 5:16, Luke 6:12, Luke 9:18, John 6:15, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Matthew 6:6.
No prayer, no power. Little prayer, little power. Much prayer, much power.
Fasting is not:
True fasting pairs abstaining from food with acts of kindness and justice (Isaiah 58:3-9).
During this season, renew your dedication to God, your spiritual life, marriage and family, ministry, the Church, and community.
Prayer Times:
As we embark on this journey, let’s take this opportunity to encounter our Father together through prayer and fasting, trusting Him to renew our hearts and transform our lives.
